Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at dubaisporttime@gmail.com with your order number.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Warranty
Every watch comes with a 6-month warranty covering movement and strap defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover: water damage beyond the watch's stated water resistance rating, cosmetic wear and tear, or damage from drops or impacts.
